1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TREX Matrix platform, smart contracts, website, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
TREX Matrix is a non-custodial, decentralized platform. No company or individual holds your funds at any time. All interactions occur directly with deployed smart contracts on the Polygon blockchain.
2 Nature of Service
TREX Matrix is a decentralized smart contract platform deployed on the Polygon (MATIC) blockchain. It implements an automated x3 + x6 matrix distribution system where MATIC payments flow directly between participant wallets according to programmed logic.
This platform is NOT financial advice, NOT an investment product, and NOT regulated by any financial authority. Participation is voluntary and at the sole discretion and risk of each user.
3 User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By participating, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
TREX Matrix is not available in jurisdictions where participation in decentralized network platforms, matrix marketing, or cryptocurrency activities is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation complies with the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction.
4 Smart Contract Interaction
All transactions executed on TREX Matrix are recorded on the Polygon blockchain and are final, irreversible, and immutable. Once a transaction is submitted to the smart contract, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances.
Payments made to smart contract addresses go directly to other participants in accordance with the matrix logic. No party — including the platform operators — has the ability to redirect or recover these funds.
5 No Guarantees
TREX Matrix makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding earnings, income, or profits. Any earnings a participant may receive depend entirely on the growth of the community and the number of new participants who join the platform.
The matrix system continues to function as long as participants continue to join. If participant growth slows or stops, earnings will decrease accordingly. There is no guaranteed income, minimum return, or promised payout of any kind.
6 Intellectual Property
The TREX Matrix brand name, logo, website design, and associated materials are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction or use of these assets without written permission is prohibited.
The underlying smart contract code deployed on Polygon is open source and auditable by anyone on the public blockchain. Use of the source code is subject to its applicable open source license terms.
7 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the TREX Matrix platform and its associated persons shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
This includes but is not limited to loss of MATIC, loss of TREX tokens, loss of profits, or any other financial losses. You use this platform entirely at your own risk.
8 Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
By using TREX Matrix, you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration related to these terms or the platform.
9 Changes to Terms
TREX Matrix reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be announced via the official platform website and community channels. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. We recommend checking back regularly for updates.
